Coast/Sperry Van Ness is specifically looking for the following:
- Firms - A firm/s that has some market share in one or all of Washington’s major markets but wants to merge or expand and needs that extra edge to attract talent and grow volumes.
- Individuals - Individuals or teams in the smaller communities throughout Washington, including Yakima, Tri-cities, and Wenatchee as well as all of Western Washington, that specialize by market area, not product type
We have programs that enable you to own your own franchise as an individual, a team of 2-3, or as a company (5+ agents). Or depending on your market or specialty we can place your license with one of our existing firms as an agent while still enabling you to have a higher than industry standard commission split. You can operate as a “satellite” office with a higher split or occupy a desk at the office and receive a lower % split. It is up to you.
